	Please contact practitioner to discuss fees for the following sessions: Initial Evaluation Individual Psychotherapy Individual Psychopharmacology Individual Combined Psychotherapy/Psychopharmacology Couples Psychotherapy Group Psychotherapy
	Billing for paperwork will depend on the length and complexity of forms.
	Clients are asked to deal directly with their insurance companies for reimbursement (insurance will likely cover a portion of the cost).
	Payment is expected at the time of appointment by check or cash. Please note that practitioner will not see clients for appointments if there is any outstanding balance.
